Job requirements:
- Handle Enquiries and Complaints coordination works
- 9 months contract
- Degree holder with 4 years relevant experience
- Have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong use of IT applications such as database and social media
- Have strong communications and self-motivated
