Key Performance:

• Lead time, cycle time, team velocity and open/close rates
• Application crash rate, endpoint incidents, MTTR (mean time to repair)
• Successful new product and solution introductions

Responsibilities:

• Understand the business and service functionality; define and execute test strategy, alpha/beta test plan, test cases
• Capability to understand the big picture – system / application / product and weave in a comprehensive test plan
• Proactively manage test readiness, environments, test data quality, resource alignment to meet business objectives
• Manage / Lead team of UAT / BA’s resources – resource management and mentoring
• Ensure test documentation / reporting is complete, meaningful and aligns with business objectives
• Work directly with product managers and software engineers to understand technical and functional system requirements, use cases, and performance considerations
• Write, debug and maintain test scripts, test cases and utilize automation frameworks
• Provide post-release testing of production changes
• Communicate effectively the daily status – risks / issues / dependencies, track progress and manage issue workflow to resolution
