Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business requirements gathering process to collect and analyze requirements
  • Be the key solution and project management person liaising between business stakeholders and development team
  • Analyze functional requirements, identify constraints, risk and translates into technical solution
  • Communicate with key business and project stakeholders, present ideas for review and fine tuning
  • Create specifications to deliver against business priorities and set timescales
  • Identify, acquire and deploy team members and manage vendors to ensure successful project execution
  • Guide the process of test plans preparation, quality assurance test execution, UAT coordination including issue tracking & fix activities, and provide end user training when necessary
  • Provide solution direction and assist teammates when incidents and ad-hoc issues occurred
  • Make sure all key project documents prepared in appropriate stage of the project life cycle SDLC

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Studies / Information System or related disciplines with experience in supply chain management, jewelry industry is an advantage
  • At least 5 years’ solid working experience in Business Analysis
  • Excellent skills in business requirements analysis and business writing
  • Familiar in technology implementation with practical experience in system design is an advantage
  • SQL skillset is preferred for troubleshooting / data extracts
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability and people skills
  • Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and a good team leader
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-oriented, self-motivated and proactive
  • Independent, efficient, able to work under pressure with tight schedule
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Business Analyst
