The Senior Project Manager will help establish project management guideline in the organization and take ownership as a project manager in key projects in NMG.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and ensure quality project delivery
• Mentor and coach the teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and process
• Facilitate PI (Program Increment) and sprint planning processes, as well as all other scrum ceremonies (as scrum of scrum master), and empower team commitment to PI and sprint delivery
• Participate in longer term roadmap planning
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders via F2F meetings, con-calls, PPT presentations, excel dashboards, etc. to ensure full stakeholder alignment
• Budgeting activities: forecasting and reviewing budgets across all multiple teams involved in development and/or support activities
• Plan out different phases of the project in Excel / MS Project
• Manage change management processes
• Monitor and track milestones, and facilitate mitigation of issues and risks
• Monitor the effectiveness of scrum team processes and performance, and collaborate with the team on changes and improvements
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve problems and remove impediments/barriers for the team; escalate as needed
• Prepare and present weekly/bi-weekly Performance Reviews
• Handle vendors/freelancers relationship
• Handle the compliance of the group PMO policy

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of post qualification experience
• Proficiency in Atlassian product suite - Jira, Confluence, etc or similar other Software Development-focused tracking tools
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to manage stakeholders across business and IT (outsourced vendors and inhouse development teams) distributed across onsite and offshore locations
• Ability to quickly grasp the high level details of client technology products and projects
• Extremely organised and proficient overseeing large and small project schedules
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work well under pressure with strict deadlines
• Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe4, or equivalent) preferred
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
