The Company
An international retailer expanding its eCommerce activity globally.
The Role
• Drive the expansion of eCommerce solutions and take part in redefining the industry's online experience
• Deliver new features, integrate multiple touch points (campaign management, social media, omni channel, OtoO), open new locations
• Act as Project leader: set up project plan, timelines, and communication across all stakeholders involved int he project
• Ensure delivery processes are set up and manage vendors
• Assess and follow up on technical dependencies and resource planning
• Align your processes, the project governance with the company's agile framework
• Manage end to end projects (OtoO, eCommerce partners, retail, ...), define timelines and budgets and ensure delivery
• Provide transparent and accurate project status reports throughout different project phases (development, SIT, UAT, deployment, Go live, ...)
• Practice Arbitrage on projects (Technical Changes vs User Story)
• Manage the UAT process, work with business on coordinating the UAT and Dry-run; manage the follow up actions
• Coordinate and consult on human change management to ensure development can be adopted by business users
Your Background
• MS in computer Science, Project Management or equivalent
• 8+ years relevant experience, with minimum 5 years as eCommerce Project manager and 3 years experience working with Scrum methodology or Agile delivery
• Experience eCommerce platforms (Hybris, Magento), on fraud and payment solutions (Alipay, WeChat Pay)
• eCommerce roll out experience at a regional or global level
• Hands on experience with tools related to Project Management and AGILE methodology (Confluence, JIRA, RTC, Smartsheet)
• Understanding of Information Architecture, UI & Interaction Design, Creative Design, Front-End performance
• Experience managing vendors
• Knowledge of latest trends and technologies in e-commerce industry
• Able to travel occasionally within Asia
• Fluent English
