電腦技術員

職責：

• 負責處理及維護公司內部伺服器，電腦網絡系統，桌面電腦等；支援公司電郵、硬件及連線等操作問題
• 負責向店舖與其POS系統提供資訊科技服務, 電腦軟硬件安裝, 設定及維修 (需外勤工作)
• 處理日常數據中心正常運作，包括系統備份，重開伺服器，檢查設施等

• 需要在星期日及公眾假期工作
• 銀行假期, 在職培訓
• 資歷：專上教育：文憑/證書課程; 一般粵語優先; 一般英語; 懂Microsoft Windows XP /7

IT Support

Job Responsibilities: 

• Support daily IT operations, system maintenance, administration and documentation
• Retail POS related hardware setup, software installation, user administration and network connectivity
• Onsite technical support and troubleshooting
• Provide support in IT infrastructure (i.e. servers, desktops, and other peripherals).
• Operate computers and related equipment in data centers
• Perform daily system backup and monitoring
• Provide ad-hoc technical support to users on computer operations

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or related disciplines is preferred
• fresh graduate will also be considered
• Self-initiative, independent and enthusiastic
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of support MS Windows and mobile devices

Additional Information:

• Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company
