Job Description
Our client is a world's leading Electric Company, they are looking for high caliber candidate to fill the following vacancy:
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily IT / PC support services to the users including hardware, software, system and related issues
- Troubleshoot the hardware and software in PCs, networking equipment, and system health check
- Conduct Ticket and Log report, inventory recording
- Involve in Linux and Windows server administration
- Assist in Network and System project implementation and upgrade
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree in related disciplines
- With at least 1 year relevant IT experience
- Familiar with supporting difference level users
- Knowledge in Window OS / LINUX / UNIX / SQL would be an advantage
- With good interpersonal skills
- Good in both English and Mandarin
