Responsibilities:

• To supervise the electronic engineering new products development 
• To maintain, review and improve team project workflow in order to utilize internal and external resources effectively and efficiently
• Project management includes project planning and monitoring, resource allocation in multi-projects environment
• Define and review product test plan to ensure good hardware design quality
• Supervise product cost control, component and supplier selection
• Define and review production test plan to ensure excellent product quality and production efficiency
• To be responsible for product country approval and certification
• Supervise product support team in supporting all technical issues after product launch i.e. product/component failure analysis, production/service department and customers enquiries

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Electronics, Computing or related discipline
• Min 10 years solid experience which 5 years’ in managerial level
• Experience with RF, testing and manufacturing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
