IT Project Coordinator [Ref. no.: JDB – ITPjtCo]

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate activities of projects, systems changes and service requests to ensure company goal and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and quality.
• Collaborate with business units, technical teams and external partners to coordinate implementations, technical change requests and issue resolution across variety of systems, including e-Commerce website and mid-back systems.
• Capture and consolidate business requirements, compile project status reports, manage project meetings and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Responsible to maintain the high deliverables quality with the technology team.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, e-Commerce or related discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or related area (*Fresh graduates are welcome*) 
• Good communication skills in both written & spoken Chinese and English.
• Good background of project coordination or technical solution delivery, with the ability to work collaboratively across business teams, technical teams and external partners.
• Ability to analyse information and understand business requirements.
• A self-motivated, innovative, detail-oriented with the ability to work in a team or individually
• Experience in travel industry is a definite advantage.
