Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals

• Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test plan
• Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
• Design specifications and manual for workflows improvement
• Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
• Manage updates and revisions to technical literature

Requirements: 

• Diploma / degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines

• 2-4 year of proven experience working in a technical writing position
• Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong attention to details
• Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
