Job Responsibilities:-

• IT maintenance on PC Software, Hardware, Data Back Up
• Global IT network setting, install PCs, printers, Lan, Wifi etc
• Server set up and maintenance
• ERP System Maintenance
• User Support to local and overseas offices
• PC Remote support
• Support business processing and maintenance of in-house documents
• Maintain IT policies, rules and User Account management
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.  
  
  

Job Requirements:-

• With Diploma or above in Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Good understandings of network, software, hardware
• Minimum 3 years with IT working experience or Global support
• Experience on IT Administrator
• Good communication and trouble shooting skills
• Responsible, initiative, detail-minded, self-disciplined
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
