Our Client is a UK MNC, they are now looking for a strong SA or Assistant IT Manager, IT with PHP background who are energetic, passionate and love new technology, and join their dynamic and professional Agile team.

Responsibilities

• Perform user requirements gathering and client facing
• Prepare documentations on user requirements, system design, test cases and user guide
• Deliver on time, to the standard required and within the constraints of the delivery process 
• Oversee and enhance IT business systems and applications development in Hong Kong
• Responsible for IT budget planning and control, and implementation of IT related policy
• Liaise with Global and Regional IT teams, Business Units, external vendors and service providers on technical design, delivery and support
• Develop and execute IT projects by managing and coordinating resources to ensure that the projects are successfully completed within defined constraints 

Requirements 

• Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science or other related disciplines. 
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, with 2 years in supervisory role
• Good technical knowledge in server, web, mobile and cloud technology
  
• Relevant experience in the following areas:
• Modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, reactJs, vueJS and etc 
• LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, PHP, MYSQL)
• Modern PHP Frameworks preferably YII
• Cloud infrastructure environment in AWS 

• Strong business sense and business operational experience
  
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and with technical leadership ability

Will also consider Candidates without IT Management / IT budgeting experience but good at PHP and new web development experience like SA.
