For talents who are passionate in applying technology and innovative solutions to a dynamic business environment. The program lasts for 12 months with rotations within selective IT functions such as Digital Solutions, Store Systems Solution, Infrastructure & Governance, ERP Supply Chain, Finance and Business Intelligence.

Program Highlights

Fast track learning and hands-on experience in:

IT Management – IT Governance, Policy, Audit and Compliance.
Project Management – go through whole project life-cycle from user requirement collection, project coordination, vendor management and implementation.
Technical function role - IT architecture design, solutions analysis, system testing through daily tasks, challenges and real cases.

Skills & Requirements

Keen to develop a professional career in Information Technology or related functions
University graduates with a maximum of 2 years’ full time working experience. Graduates come from Information Management / Computer Sciences or related disciplines are welcome.
Passionate in using digital solutions to solve every-day problems; tech-savvy with good communication skills to explain technical terms in an easy-to-understand manner; analytical mindset with being able to examine data and provide insight for business growth.
Excellence command of written and spoken Chinese and English
