Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installing and configuring Windows & Linux server, PCs, networks devices, printers and scanners, and auxiliary devices such as tablets and PDAs;
• Follow up with the suppliers about the product quality and technical issues;
• Provide IT support to customers for software and hardware issues;
• Responsible for software/hardware installation and project delivery;
• Creating and maintaining good technical documentation;
• Testing new technology if necessary;

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics Engineering  or related disciplines;
• Minimum with 1 year of relevant working experience;
• Experience in MS Win7/10 and Server2008/2018 and LAN / WAN infrastructure;
• Knowledge of multimedia is an advantage;
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, interpersonal skills and well organized;
• Eager to learn new technology and able to identify new IT trends;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage;
• Fresh graduates will be considered;
• Immediately available is preferred.
