Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform risk assessment on life insurance policy applications;
  • Conduct customer due diligence and ensure meeting the Company’s requirements on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk assessment;
  • Follow up application requirements with branch staff or policy owners;
  • Liaise with reinsurer for risk assessment;
  • Perform checking on policy documents to ensure data accuracy before delivering policy documents to policy owners;
  • Handle refund for withdrawn applications and overpayment;
  • Handle enquiries / special requests from Customer Services Department or Insurance Services Department of the Bank Group; including but not limited to carry out investigation and provide feasible solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above;
  • With relevant experience in life insurance industry or possess AML/compliance related knowledge will be an advantage;
  • Fast and accurate typing; hardworking and able to handle multi-tasks;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel.

* Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
