The Requirements are:-

• Process and settle Personal Line Insurance Claims effectively and efficiently in  accordance with company philosophy/strategies and policy terms
• Set and monitor reserve adequately and timely and to ensure the authority levels laid down are complied with
• Comply with claims instructions, provide quality work and adhere to authority limits and procedures in the process of claims handling
• Support manager to etablish service standards and implement initiatives to improve operation effeciency and performance standards
• Provde quality and professional claims service to customers
• Assist manager in preparation of management reports and actively drive, run and support projects for improvement of operation effieciency and service quality 
• Degree holder with insurance qualification of ANZIIF or CII is preferred
• At least 3 years' experience in general insurance industry
• Solid experience in servicing and operation of Personal Line Insurance Claims such as Home, Travel, Motor & Liability Insurance, etc.
• Detail-minded, well-organized and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on PC knowledge and skills in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
