The Requirements are:-

• Build and maintain business relationships with existing and potential Japanese Clients
• Discuss and assess clients' current and future insurance needs
• Research suitable insurance policies and products to clients
• Negotiate policy terms and costs with insurance providers
• Review policies and make coverage recommendations
• Arrange insurance cover for clients with the insurance provider
• Follow up outstanding premiums with clients
• Advise clients on making claims on their policies
• Renew or amend on existing policies for clients
• Prepare and maintian documentation
• Support marketing services
• Assist in other ad hoc duties when required
• Degree holder with insurance qualification is highly preferred
• 5 years' or above client servicing or account management experience in insurance field
• Familiar with using MS Office
• Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese, English or Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective negotiation skills, good time management and problem solving skills
• High accuracy and attention to details
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
