Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist Department head to formulate Customer Segmentation and proposition, engagement via Cross-sell and up-sell, and engage customer experience along the entire customer journey for the insurance business
  
• Implement initiatives to increase customer engagement and maximize existing customer cross-selling opportunities 
• Support in formulation of strategy to improve customer satisfaction and achieve business target
• Build advanced segmentation model, execution plan and growth strategies back by research, data analytics and feedback from channels and other business line with the ultimate goals to uplift cross-sell and repurchase
• Formulate customer value propositions with compelling insight based segment led sales pitch across entities to maximize untapped opportunities from existing customer base, including reactivation the inactive
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years of Marketing, Customer experience/ Customer engagement / CRM experience gained from other sizable financial institutions
• Insurance and /or segmentation experience is a plus
• A creative problem solver with a strong skill in design and problem formulation; data duration; data acquisition, cleaning and management; data interpretation, analysis
• Strong business sense to combine with analytics to help drive decisions
• Be able to communicate in English and Cantonese very fluently
