Responsibilities

Working in the claims team to perform high quality and effective claims handling which includes:

l   Receiving clients and accepting claims reports;

l   Handling and processing received claims reports;

l   Preparing claims statistics and handling other administrative works; and

l   Performing other duties as per instructed by senior staff.

Requirements

l   Tertiary education is preferred but suitable candidate with lower education qualification will also be considered;

l   Previous insurance experience is not a pre-requisite and in-house training will be provided for successful candidate;

l   Strong analytical and interpersonal skills;

l   Self-motivated and out-going in character; and

l   PC skills are required.
