Responsibilities 

• Deliver professional and quality customer service regarding general insurance.
• Understand clients' needs and negotiate with insurers to strive for the best terms for clients.
• Prepare quotations and generate closing instructions for new and renewal general insurance.
• Liaise with insurers to acquire quotations, perform risk placement and follow up on policy issuance.
• Assist and support sales and marketing team to explore business opportunities.

Requirements 

• Solid experience in General Insurance.
• Form 5 or above with a pass in English.
• Passed in IIQE, preferably possess ANZIIF qualification.
• Self-motivated, sales driven and client focused.
• Quick thinking with good problem solving skills.
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Insurance Clerk. 

• Immediate availability is an advantage.
