Job Description

Our client is an international company and they are financial service provider, now seeking for candidates to join their customer service teams.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle agent / IFA / Broker / Customer inbound call enquiries and complaints regarding all activities in insurance policy operation process such as underwriting, policy admin and claims
  • Report problems, potential crisis and complaint to supervisor for service improvement
  • Provide advice to Customer Service Representatives on handling customer enquiries

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 year relevant experience in Customer Service/ Call Center
  • Strong problem solving skill and results oriented
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Responsible, well-organized and attentive to details
