Job Description
Our client is an international company and they are financial service provider, now seeking for candidates to join their customer service teams.
Responsibilities:
- Handle agent / IFA / Broker / Customer inbound call enquiries and complaints regarding all activities in insurance policy operation process such as underwriting, policy admin and claims
- Report problems, potential crisis and complaint to supervisor for service improvement
- Provide advice to Customer Service Representatives on handling customer enquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 year relevant experience in Customer Service/ Call Center
- Strong problem solving skill and results oriented
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Responsible, well-organized and attentive to details
