職責:

店舖見習經理將會參加一個為期12個月的培訓課程，當中包括圍繞銷售營運上的課堂培訓、店舖實習及小組研習。透過店舖實習，讓學員加強對店舖營運及管理的專業知識及技巧，為未來在零售業發展作好準備。完成課程後，可獲頒發資歷架構認可之零售管理高等文憑 (資歷相等於副學士級別)，及可晉升為店舖管理層。此外，表現出色的學員更可獲進一步的晉升及發展機會至其他重要的部門，如銷售營運部、貿易部及物流部。

要求:

• 剛畢業的大專/大學生
• 對零售業充滿熱誠
• 具良好市場觸覺及了解顧客需要
• 性格主動積極，勇於接受挑戰

成功入職後，您將會入讀「零售管理高等文憑 – 健康及美容連鎖店 (資歷架構第4級)」課程，此課程資歷獲教育局認可並相等於副學士級別。
