Responsibilities:

• Able to develop own client account base and free hand cargoes
• Follow up sales lead - Organize sales calls with existing clients and prospects
• Generate offers / quotations to potential customers
• Teamwork with BDM
• Communicate leads requiring a sales action with the network
• Develop services in existing portfolio built by our current sales in charges
• Increase customer base by scoring new clients and/or new traffics
• Define standard operating procedure (SOP) related to offers /quotations

 Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent
• At least 3 years solid experience in freight forwarding industries
• Excellent communication skills to overseas and customers
• Good leadership and management skill
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Ambitious, self-driven, able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; good at Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• More experiences would be considered as Business Development Manager
