Responsibilities

• Manage operations of Hong Kong Office, including but not limited to: administration, human resources, public relations, insurance, procurement, QHSE, finance, IT, and cultural and brand development
• Monitor global oil and gas investments, including but not limited to: exploration and production activities, budget and cashflow, compliance and QHSE
• Organise director meetings
• Develop and update operational policies and procedures
• Assist internal audit or inspection
• Undertake other related tasks and duties as assigned by Managing Director

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• 10 years or above oil and gas industry experience, including at least 5 year senior management experience
• Good knowledge and understanding of upstream oil and gas operations
• Integrity, intelligence and energised
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English
