Responsibilities

• Ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before product reaches customers
• Review current standards, collect and analyze quality data to define Critical to Quality Parameter of production
• Define quality control procedures to inspect and report quality issue
• Assure the reliability and consistency of production by monitor all operations that affect quality and take actions to improve it
• Responsible for new sample evaluation and testing on customer sample
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
• Supervise and provide guidance to the engineers and technicians
• Lead a team to find out the root cause of failure and perform quality improvement with internal parties

Requirements

• University degree in Quality Management / Engineering / Business Administration or relevant field
• Capable to read and write English. Fluent in spoken English is an advantage
• Knowledge on certification of quality control is an advantage (ISO 9001 or ISO14001 or ISO18001...etc.)
• At least 8 years or more experience on quality assurance management or relevant role
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
