The Job:

• Implement and execute merchandising and production plans
• Plan and support in new store step-up and refurbishing stores
• Conduct store visit and competitor checks based on specific projects
• Liaise with different departments including store operations, merchandising team, project department to complete tasks and projects
• Record and report store visit findings and comments.
• Provide training and prepare training materials and guidelines to staffs
• Follow up with merchandising and operations team on improvement action
• Liaise with production on findings at store
• Assist with production items & product development

The Person: 

• At least 4 year of work experience, preferably in retail operations
• Strong butchering experience and skills
• Strong operation work experience with good people management skills
• Excellent communication, organizing and negotiation skills
• Passionate about Fresh Food
• Work independently with strong discipline
• Sales orientated and enjoy working with on-site operations staff
• Good MS office knowledge including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Free shuttle service will be provided at Tuen Mun, Kwai Chung, Shatin, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Causeway Bay, North Point and Aberdeen to facilitate transportation to Tseung Kwan O.
