• Minimum 10 years Solid Sourcing experience in Kitchenware, Glassware, Ceramics, Metal & Plastic Table Top, and Laundry/Storage Industry preferred;
• In-depth knowledge of relevant category, suppliers and factories;
• Capable to establish strong supplier base, develop alternative solutions to achieve product & business objectives;
• Excellent problem solving, negotiation, planning & organization skills and able to follow up details closely from sourcing, product development, mass production, quality control until shipment completed;
• Working independently with overseas buyers & factories;
• Good interpersonal & communication skills and able to work under pressure;
• Good Command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin;
• Diploma or Degree Holder preferred;
• Far East or China Trip needed.
