Responsibilities:

- Oversee the operation of multiple production lines in quality, lead time and safety objectives, as well as monitor production result 

- Conduct analysis of data, identify potential problem areas and propose countermeasures 

- Perform budget planning, develop cost control strategy for resources allocation efficiently   

-Carry out assessment with internal departments, so as to ensure procedures are complied with regulatory standards

Requirements:

- Tertiary educated, with a majoring in Industrial Engineering or Food Science disciplines 

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in similar capacity of Production Manager in food manufacturing company 

- Knowledge of (ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000)

- Fluent command of English,Cantonese and Putonghua

- Trustworthy, diligent and possession of leadership skills
