Responsibilities:

• Handling full set of Import & Export documents
• Coordinating with factory, suppliers and customers to meet delivery schedules
• Follow up shipment booking and handle all logistics activities with internal and external parties
• Ad-hoc assignments as requested

Requirements:

• With shipping experiences is preferred
• Fair English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Self-motivated, independent and responsible
