Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality service and product information to customers;
- Manage customer requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure orders and customer requests are handled promptly and accurately;
- Manage customers’ daily orders, and provide office support to the sales and marketing team;
- Communicate with both internal and external parties in order to solve customers' complaints and enquiries;
Job Requirements:
- Form 7 or above ;
- Minimum 1 year experience in Account Servicing in Printing is an advantage ;
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Proficient in English & Mandarin ;
- Must be responsible, active, considerable, independent and high self-discipline ;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills ;
- Customer focused with positive attitude ;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing ;
- Candidate with less experience may consider as Junior Sales Assistant ;
Attractive package with 13 months salary; Medical allowance and alternative shift Saturday will be offered.
