Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provide quality service and product information to customers;
  • Manage customer requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure orders and customer requests are handled promptly and accurately;
  • Manage customers’ daily orders, and provide office support to the sales and marketing team;
  • Communicate with both internal and external parties in order to solve customers' complaints and enquiries;

 

Job Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above ;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Account Servicing in Printing is an advantage ;
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Proficient in English & Mandarin ;
  • Must be responsible, active, considerable, independent and high self-discipline ;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills ;
  • Customer focused with positive attitude ;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing  ;
  • Candidate with less experience may consider as Junior Sales Assistant  ;
 

Attractive package with 13 months salary; Medical allowance and alternative shift Saturday will be offered.
