Position: Electronic Project Manager

Responsibilities: 

1.Fully responsible for the department guidance and management of the project; Make the project work plan at all stages; Supervise the implementation of the system and the work plan to ensure the Engineering Dept works carrying out properly; Regularly check the implementation of the project schedule; Find the problem to timely adjust the plan and propose corrective actions.
 

2.Responsible for the examination and approval of project technical documents; Cooperate with the project department to make the project bidding, lead and communicate technical requirements with customers; Prepare for technical agreements, project cost estimate; Make bidding programs and improve the bidding production.

3.Responsible for design review and closely communication with customers to explore the final program implementation; Review and distribute the project drawings;Design project changes and confirm important material; Check the design changes project and budget.

4.Responsible for project pre-acceptance; Improve customer requirements and timely complete the acceptance; Organize project summary meetings to review the various problems occurred in project process and propose solutions and prevention measures.

5.Assist other departments with supply chain management; Assist with quality monitor and guidance on site to solve the quality issues happened in project implementation.

6.Focus on the relevant government policies, industry information; develop important customers.

Requirements :
1.Aged between 30 and 45 years old; Junior College degree or above(Engineering background will be preferred); Fluent in oral English (CET-4 or above).   

2. Minimum five years of working experience in electronics, plastics, mould, spraying and engineering project. Able to read 3D/2D drawing design. Rich experiences in development of mould and product structure. 

3.Familiar with APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMAE, SPC, 6SIGMA and DOE. Be proficient in application of office automation software. Able to make daily Seven Quality Control methods with EXCEL, such as Checklist, Stractification Diagram, Plato's method, Causality Diagram , Scatter Diagram, Histogram and Control chart.(egApplication in SPC, PPK/CPK and GR&R MSA) 

4.Excellent team building skill, strong communication skill, a strong sense of time, strong ability to plan and manage, able to work overtime under tight deadlines. 

5.Be able to work under pressure and adapt to overtime and business trip.
