The ideal candidate:

• Is passionate about and has knowledge of contemporary art and culture. 2 or more years of hands on experience on art programming and exhibition making is preferred
• Is proactive, flexible, self-disciplined and able to work without close supervision
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently
• Is able to handle high-stress situations and manage expectations of multiple parties
• Is willing to work long and odd hours during busy periods/holidays
  
  

Main duties include:

• Liaise with guest curators, artists, collectors, partnering organizations, vendors, and operations team to manager all aspects of 3-4 contemporary art exhibitions annually, including budget, logistics, contracts, media coverage, and design items etc.

• Organize monthly art events in collaboration with galleries, auction houses, and other art organizations
• Cultivate relationships with Art Corporate Members and other art organizations

• Prepare bilingual art-related content for Duddell’s website, press releases, print newsletters, eDMs, and social media
• Manage special art-related projects including Mooncake Project and Sustainable Festive Decorations Project

• Prepare proposals for art program sponsorship and maintain relationships with sponsors 
• Manage art mailing list and update various digital art platforms
• Immediately available preferred
