About our Client

Our client is a Hong Kong listed FMCG chain retailer with strong presence in Hong Kong. To cope with the business growth plan, they are looking for a high calibre candidate to join the team as Marketing Director.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and leading a team, you will oversee corporate marketing, retail marketing, product marketing and digital marketing. You will oversee corporate and brand events to enhance corporate branding and awareness. You will oversee integrated marketing promotion programs to drive sales including marketing materials development, media planning and VM. You will manage partnership projects with external partners to stimulate sales and will oversee digital marketing programs and ensure effective contents a strategies to achieve company's goal. You will develop VIP events, CRM tools and customer experience enhancement projects to maintain and reinforce customer loyalty and assist in brand development, new product launches and identify KOL and promotion tactics to drive sales. You will also participate in ad hoc projects when required.

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 12 years of solid marketing experience in FMCG industry
• Beauty FMCG experience is preferred
• Strong business acumen, fast-pace and able to work under pressure
• Strong leadership as well as a good team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
