We are looking for a highly motivated and competent individual to join Consumer Product Division.The candidate is responsible for channel sales and marketing activities in personal care & skin care products.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Commercial Manager & business associates on brand & business activities
• Assist to plan campaigns & control trade spending
• Coordinate & execute ATL & BTL activities, online marketing & promotion programs in place with external & internal parties to achieve sales target& business goals
• Monitor programs, budget & timeline
• Develop & maintain good relationships with customers
• Liaise with agencies & production house for sales & marketing programs
• Prepare marketing collaterals & sales report
• Conduct data analysis & market research of HK & China market
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or business related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in personal care category from FMCG industry
• Familiar with key account & product management as well as merchandising experience
• Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing or online / offline sales channel is preferable
• Passionate in personal care, skincare &/or household category
• Proactive, independent, analytical & attentive to details
• Sales oriented with strong dedication to result
• Good at communication, presentation with strong numerical & business sense
• Willing to work ad-hoc projects under pressure
• Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
• Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
