Responsibilities:

l Oversee the execution of Industry Affairs & PR strategies for the promotion of Insurance Industry

l Work closely with the Industry Concern Group or various Working Committees on constitutional and compliance affairs

l Prepare professional write-ups for events, press conference, social media, etc

l Responsible for planning and organizing Industry Affairs & PR events

l Coordinate the production of various publications, e.g. newsletter and annual report

l Other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

l Bachelor degree in Law, Journalism or related disciplines

l Minimum 5 years related working experiences, preferably with knowledge in Law and Compliance

l Proficient in bilingual writing with good command in spoken English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an added advantage

l Sound knowledge of current affairs

l Excellent communications and project management skills

l Familiar with office computer software. Hand-on experience in social media applications

l Independent, responsible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure

l Priority will be given to candidate with knowledge in the insurance and financial planning industry
