Job Responsibilities:

• To review and edit the content and design of annual child reports and other key child correspondences to enhance our reporting services.
• To liaise with overseas offices to clarify project information and child updates.
• To translate reports and correspondences for our Chinese readers.
• To work with the production team to develop project closure reports.
• To prepare written replies to special enquiries from donors.
• To support section, department and corporate functions while needed.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 2 years of working experience
• Proficiency in written Chinese and English.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently.
• Suitable candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Donor Services Officer.
• On renewable contract term.
