Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer loyalty program and related initiatives.
• Hands-on data mining, able to handle information collection and integration with the use of external and internal systems.
• Participate in data analysis to generate insights and actionable solutions for the business.
• Develop and prepare monthly dashboards on CRM program performance, analyze and provide insights to senior management.
• Monitor data capture and update at POS level, data flow within CRM system and its related systems or data sources to ensure its accuracy and recency, and managing the data retention and disposal according to defined rules.
• Work closely with IT to assure data quality and continuous feedback on any enhancement needed to cope with business needs.
• Work with Marketing and Sales & Operations teams to transform business needs into campaign programs; assist on customer segmentation, data extraction and customer list preparation; monitor and keep track on campaign progress, response rate and analyze campaign effectiveness.
• Organize VIP events and member acquisition or retention campaigns.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Business, Marketing or a related discipline

• 3- 5 years of relevant experience in customer data and relationship management, or data analytics, preferably in luxury industry; experience in working with big data sets would be a plus;

• Have experience and understanding of Customer Relationship Management System and related IT systems;
• Be familiar with and have knowledge of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and data protection principles;
• Demonstrate good project management, analytical and interpersonal skills; and
• Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as CRM Executive
