RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In charge of the brand team and independently lead the team to fulfill the target set by the company
• Analyze market situation and intelligence, formulate sales plan & strategy, develop potential target market and  customers
• Set up and manage the overall marketing budget and expenses
• Develop forecast and manage stock inventory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams in order to ensure marketing programs are executed smoothly
• Coach and lead the Marketing Executive to complete marketing tasks on time
• Participate into trade exhibition, market visit and marketing meetings

REQUIREMENTS : 

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent discipline
• Min. 8 years in managerial position with 4 years in brand building activities
• Strong exposure in developing business cases, marketing programs and its implementation
• Strong drive for achievements, marketing & customer orientation
• Creative, result-oriented, highly self-motivates with excellent interpersonal presentation and an analytical skill,  strong in management control and organizing ability
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, a good team player and responsible with very sound judgment and  strong marketing sense
• Good command of spoken & written in English and Mandarin
• Strong PC skills in MS Office
