Responsibilities:

1. Develop new business and act as a primary point of liaison with the client on all business related matters pertaining to overall business process and implementation to attain the business sustainability
2. Develop, implement and monitor specific Sales Campaign
3. Provide input to Air and Ocean Procurement for product development
4. Assists senior management in air and ocean freight product development and optimize corporate revenue.
5. Participate in pricing the solution/service
6. Report on market information, competitor activities, product issues etc.
7. Monitor results/progress of business development on a regular basis
8. Supervise and coach the subordinates to ensure their performance is aligned to stipulated standard
9. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive for success on business tenders
10. Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the management to support the business goals

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or International Logistics discipline
2. Minimum 4 years working experience in freight forwarder
3. Good knowledge of air/ocean freight industry and good market knowledge
4. Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, task-oriented with good knowledge in presentation and self-motivated
5. Good ability to plan strategically, extensive skills to integrate and coordinate resources across functions and borders
6. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
7. Good command in English, Cantonese & Mandarin (Both written and speaking)
8. Mature personality & ability to work under pressure
