Responsibilities:

• To produce budget forecast in volume, revenue and expenditure of exhibitions, coordinate with different teams to exercise budgetary control and prepare financial reports for projects
• To write the departmental annual business plan to set forth the future directions and development of the Department
• To prepare talk notes, speeches and PowerPoint presentations for management
• To collect timely market intelligence and conduct statistical analysis to facilitate the planning of local exhibitions organised by HKTDC
• To manage and coordinate the logistical elements of exhibitions

Requirements:

• A university degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration or English
• At least 5 years of solid experience in sales/marketing management. Experience in the exhibition industry and corporate development would be an advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua (Short-listed candidates are required to take a written test)
• Innovative, analytical, systematic and able to work independently

Remuneration and Benefits: 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be offered.
