Job Role

Reporting to the Retail Manager, the incumbent is responsible for

• Fully responsible for retailers’ servicing, consulting and recruitment.
• Ensure the appropriate level of service and support is provided to maximise retailer retention.
• Document all requests and comments made by retailers to ensure timely feedback and follow-up actions to resolve any issues.
• Ensure full working knowledge of all GfK processes.
• Identify new business opportunities in the retail industry.
• Less experienced candidates will be considered as Account Service Executive 

Personal Requirements

We are looking for a tertiary educated individual who has relevant working experience in retailing / sales and marketing from vendor, distributor, dealer or retailer a must.  The position offered will depend on relevant industry experience and work qualifications.  The incumbent should also demonstrate the following qualities.

• Good social skills and talent to build strong business relationships
•  Motivated with high energy levels and strong sense of project ownership
• Good communication and presentation skills with a consultancy oriented attitude
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese
