The Job  

• Report to the Country Marketing Associate Director and act as the business partner for the Electrical and Network Assurance Business Line
• Work closely with Business Line to formulate sales strategies and develop marketing plans to achieve business objectives for different products/ services
• Interpret business metrics to identify marketing opportunities and build plans for driving marketing leads for sales team
• Explore website analytics data and identify potential strategies for conversion improvement
• Oversee strategic messaging for website content, blogs, testimonials, direct mail, newsletters, flyers and other promotional materials
• Conduct research on market trends and key customers
• Organize seminars, tradeshows and other marketing events
• Represent the company in different industry associations and public events
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
• Act as the “think tank” to identify new business opportunities and services for the Business Line

 The Person  

• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business, Electronics, Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 – 8 years of B2B sales and marketing experience
• Strong understanding of the ICT/ EMS Industries, good awareness of new trends and able to identify business opportunities
• Strong understanding of digital trends, IoT and e-commerce
• Excellent analytical skills and data driven
• Experience with email marketing, leads nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics
• Innovative and able to establish marketing strategies in response to rapidly changing environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, organized, presentable and independent
• Passionate about work, collaborative and willing to work across teams, share knowledge, and assist others
• Highly organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (HKCEE Syllabus B Grade C/ Level 3 or above)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
