Job Description
Job Duties
- Assistance in preparation of Quotation, Sales Order and Order handling
- Assistance to marketing to complete customer list & data input of stock
- Coordination & Correspondence and Follow up with existing and new customers in Hong Kong and China.
- Support sales executives to liaison with offices in China and to coordinate with our suppliers in EUROPE/USA for both in Putonghua and English.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma preferably in sales and marketing or related discipline.
- Preferably 1-2 year working experience in sales and marketing, preferably engineering equipment and machinery, not compulsory, newly graduates are welcome
- Good command of both written & spoken English & Putonghua.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, PhotoShop and etc.
- Knowledge in non-destructive testing, engineering background, material & physical science is a plus, but not compulsory.
Conditions and benefits:
- 5.5 working days per week
- With medical care (after probation)
- 2 weeks leave per annum (provided full year service is rendered)
- Minimum one month year-end bonus (provided full year service is rendered)

We supply materials testing equipment, including x-ray, gamma ray, ultrasonic, eddy current, leakage flux, magnetic particles, dye penetration, acoustic emission testing instruments and machines, endoscopes, microscopes, image analyzing systems, micro-hardness testers, spectrometers, sample preparation machines and other laboratory facilities. We have seven offices in China in addition to our head office in Hong Kong located in Kwun Tong. Due to our rapid growing needs, we are looking for candidates of the following position.
