About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager passionate to transform our local neighborhood malls into community hubs via creative marketing initiatives and branding campaigns. You’ll have an opportunity to plan and carry out various marketing initiatives targeting different community shopping centers across different districts in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be a strong planner and executor who pays attention to detail and a collaborator who is open to new ideas and able to think strategically and creatively about the business and marketing opportunities. Having a demonstrated track record of cross-channel marketing experience is a plus. A keen sense of ownership and speedy execution is a must.

What You’ll Do

• Event planning, execution and management: Plan, implement and evaluate the marketing events and promotion activities including sales driven promotions, in-mall events and decorations, and branding campaigns. Coordination with Asset Management team is needed.
• Brand building: Build positive brand awareness via marketing communications programs, social media campaigns, community engagement activities and content development. Ensure all marketing and community engagement activities are in line with brand and corporate identity.
• Partnership management: Manage potential collaboration for new partnership opportunities and work closely with design and marketing agencies. 
• Social media: Generate ideas for various digital marketing initiatives and develop content plan for our social media channels.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Control and monitor budgets and post-campaign evaluations.

 What You’ll Need

• Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in marketing / advertising / brand management / event management in a fast-paced environment preferred
• A track record in marketing with a mix of digital, offline and BTL experience
• Experience in planning and running marketing activities for retail and shopping malls is a plus
• A self-starter with strong ownership, creativity, and great passion for local neighborhoods in Hong Kong
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Responsible, collaborative, independent with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and adaptability in working with different personalities.
• Outstanding Chinese and English writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office application, including PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.

      * Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager.
