Job responsibilities

• Perform day to day operation, such as price quotation, samples and bulk order follow-up etc
• Maintain good relationship and good communications with customers
• Handle telephone calls, guest greeting and answer inquiry in professional manner 
• Follow up daily sales order and purchase order processing
• Follow up orders with vendor, customer and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

Job requirements

• High diploma or above in clothing, textile merchandising or related discipline
• Good interpersonal skills and able to deal with different levels of people
• Experience in working small size of companies
• Fluent English will be considered in advance with good command of Putonghua and Cantonese
• Hands on with MS word, excel, outlook and powerpoint
• Able to work 5.5 days
• Immediate available is preferred
