Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing PR and advertising strategies and activities
  • Work closely with media, agencies, vendors and internal units to ensure the smooth implementation of PR activities with good media coverage and manage clipping reports
  • Responsible for press release and marketing collateral write-up
  • Work with media vendors on buying executions for Digital, Social, TV and Outdoor placements, negotiate buying costs and explore new opportunities
  • Follow through the whole journey of media plan implementation, from material coordination, media bookings, advertisements monitoring, post campaign reporting, placement reports to monthly billings
  • Support ad hoc projects and participate in sales & marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in PR / Journalism / Communications / Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of Public Relations & media planning buying
  • Detailed-minded, outgoing, well organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to work in flexible and dynamics environment
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint application
