Job description:

• Provide support in regulatory, formulation, technical marketing inputs to Sales and Marketing department,
• Lead R&D team to manage innovation and formulation development projects,
• Explore and research partnership opportunities with renowned global research institutes or universities,
• Collect new and existing raw materials (and related research and efficacy information) from suppliers to create and update database for innovation.
• Travel to attend exhibition, technical seminars or conference held locally or oversea,
• Conduct training to R&D engineers and Marketing team in constant interval about new technology and innovation, material, cosmetic trend forecast and updated regulation compliance

Qualification:

• Master or PhD Degree in Chemistry, Applied Science, Chemical engineering, Biochemistry or equivalent.
• At least 8 years working experience in cosmetics industry out of which 3 years related to formulation and research
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Chinese) communication orally and written.
