We are looking for an experienced Digital sales and Marketing executive who can influence others and drive results through collaboration. In this role, you must be able to work with colleagues and contacts at all levels of an organization to develop compelling offers and drive growth. Looking for young and energetic influencer that is passionate in health beauty and cosmetics and willing to challenge the status quo of traditional cosmetics manufacturing. This Role will be directly reporting to General Manager / VP.

Responsibilities:

• As a Digital Sales and Marketing Executive at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy
• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy with GM
• Manage marketing strategy by measuring metrics such as ROI, inquiry rate funnel, website heatmap, click rates, and other KPI
• Manage overseas various digital marketing channels and company website
• Build and suggest activities to improve content via copy writing, video editing and artwork in collaboration with inhouse design department or third-parties
• Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics and provide report for conversion optimization
• Have the passion in selling beauty products, and be ready to pitch clients with our contents built
• Provide sales lead to sales operations team to follow up in closing
• Work with product development team in providing creativity of trending cosmetic products to generate sales lead

Requirements and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
• Familiarity with web design
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Self-sufficient learner and critical thinker with problem-solving skills
• Team player is a must
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field is preferred
• Passionate about fashion and beauty is a plus
• Fluency in English is a must
