Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with CEO and other internal department in formulating the investor relations, media, core corporate customer strategy and planning
• Develop and manage Investor Relations, Corporate Public Relations, Communications and Image Strategies/programs
• Liaise closely with internal and external parties to prepare press release, annual report, presentations, script and Q&A for meetings with analysts, investors and reporters
• Acting as the point of contact to investors, government bodies and media on all the investor relations enquiries
• Plan, organize and oversight with other internal department and external parties to issue magazine regularly and charity activities
• Plan, organize and execute investor relations and customer activities to establish good relationship
• Responsible for investor presentation, social media and corporate communication materials, and update these related materials in align with company development and business
• Plan and develop, maintain company websites including investor relations section, the Group social media platform and the information database

• Media monitoring of corporate actions in the health care section in HK and China

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines, preferably in communications, Language, digital marketing
• 3 years' experience in PR, journalism, or corporate communications
• A good team player with good coordination with the ability to pay attention to detail
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of people including senior executives and external parties 
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines, work under pressure
• Self-motivated, creating thinking, passionate, outgoing and people oriented
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin
• Immediate available would be an advantage
