Job Description

Responsibilities

Handle customers’ queries and requests via telephone and e-mail in a tactful and timely manner
Be the first contact point with our customer
Provide immediate feedback to direct supervisor for service enhancement
Communicate with vendor to understand status of task

Requirements

Diploma holder, with at least 1 year customer service experience
Experiences in call center operations will be an advantage
Familiar on MS Excel & MS Word
Proficiency in Chinese word processing
Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior position
